We keep your Team in Place

TUPE protects employees’ rights when the organisation they work for undergoes a change in ownership.

TUPE stands for Transfer of Undertaking of Protection of Employment

Let’s Work Together

to Create A Better Team

Employee Care

In simple terms, this means that if you switch your cleaning contract from your current provider to Crystal Clean Service Ltd, the employees of that provider automatically become the employees of Crystal Clean.

No Distruption To Service

In most cases, the TUPE Transfer is carried out without involving the customer directly. It is a matter to be settled between Crystal Clean Service Ltd, your current provider and the staff. However, if the cleaning staff are employed directly by you and you wish to outsource to Crystal Clean Service Ltd, you will need to become directly involved.

Secure Jobs

The terms and conditions for the staff remain exactly the same unless there is a change in the business environment that effects the staff undergoing TUPE. Their jobs are secure, and all the paperwork is completed by Crystal Clean Service Ltd.

Change With Confidence

We understand that sometimes the reason for change is because you are not happy with the current service you are receiving and TUPE can be a concern. However, this needn’t be a source of worry for you.
